• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behavior;
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be subject to forfeiture following a review of the account activity. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily and no breach has occurred, the real money balance (excluding any unfulfilled bonus balances) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

2xbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, available within Account Settings at any time:

All content on the 2xbet Platform, including but not limited to the 2xbet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials, is the property of 2xbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2xbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or enforceability — shall first be submitted to 2xbet's internal dispute resolution process. If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within thirty (30) days of submission, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR or to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

2xbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, 2xbet will notify registered Players via email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
